Meditation is a part of the American toolbox for emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Developing a regular meaningful meditation practice can be challenging without gaining the “view” around why and how we bring ourselves to the practice. This workshop will provide detailed instruction on how we can develop a clearer understanding of meditation practice and mindfulness in daily living.

·      Instruction on the various forms of meditation and their purposes.

·      The values and ethics that provide the foundation of mindfulness.

·      Specific details on how to cultivate a regular meditation practice.

·      Clarification of the expectations of meditation and its benefits to daily living.

Participants attending in person must bring a lunch. Tea and light snacks are provided.
