The challenge may be a persistent negative energy - such as anxiety, depression, fear, stress or self-judgment – or more specific relationship issues, health issues, important life decisions, loss of a loved one or life transitions. Rebecca offers adults the opportunity to explore personal growth and change. With her extensive training in mindfulness and meditation, Rebecca introduces practical mindfulness skills that can be used throughout daily life to help with anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, spiritual inquiry and grief/loss. She helps clients learn to challenge old patterns of behaviors and beliefs to create a life built on loving kindness and acceptance. Rebecca offers onsite training for businesses interested in helping employees manage stress in the workplace. She also provides onsite and online trainings and retreats for the general public and counseling professionals.
